Ithaca Police have made an arrest in connection to a robbery that occurred over two weeks ago. According to authorities, at around 7:30PM on September 14th, a woman was walking down the street when a man ran up to her and forcibly stole her purse. After an investigation, police have arrested 25-year-old Joshua Conklin. Conklin led police on a short foot chase before he was apprehended yesterday. He has been sent to the Tompkins County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail, or $40,000 bond.
