The suspect involved in a shooting in Ithaca on Monday has turned himself into police. Around 2 o’clock in the afternoon Thursday, Clifton McBean turned himself into the Ithaca Police Department. McBean is the primary suspect in a Monday shooting near the intersection of South Plain Street and Cleveland Avenue in Ithaca. He is facing charges of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and third degree, along with reckless endangerment in the first degree, all felonies.
