The murder trial of Terry Parker is underway in Bradford County Court.
Parker is on trial for the murder and dismemberment of Michael Pruitt back in 2024 in Springfield Township.
He is charged with criminal homicide, including first and third degree murder, voluntary manslaughter, conspiracy to commit criminal homicide, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence.
Terry Parker and Ronda Parker are accused of luring Pruitt to Ronda Parker’s Springfield Township home where Terry Parker allegedly shot him to death. A third person, Summer Heil, was charged with helping the Parkers dismember the body and dispose of evidence.
Ronda Parker pleaded guilty to third-degree murder in January and agreed to testify against her ex-husband.
Heil pleaded guilty to hindering apprehension or prosecution in October of 2024.
Terry Parker’s murder trial will continue today in Bradford County Court.
