A Towanda man is facing felony and misdemeanor charges. Pennsylvania state police say they arrested 32-year-old Daniel Bellows. He faces multiple counts of neglect of care of a dependant person and recklessly endangering another person. He’ll be back in court February 13th. Those same charges were also filed against 30-year old Dustin Bellows and 50-year-old Timothy Bellows, also of Towanda.
