The jury is set for the trial of New York State Senator Tom Libous. He is being tried in federal court on one count of making false statements to the FBI. Nine women and three men will serve on the jury, with two women and one man also chosen as alternates. Senator Libous said he is looking forward for the trial to start, and he’s looking for a successful result. Opening statements will begin this morning.
