The Tioga Central School District has officially put the former Nichols Elementary School property up for sale. The former school building on Ro-Ki Boulevard currently houses offices for Tioga Downs, the Community Care Network, and Catholic Charities. Tioga Superintendent Scot Taylor says the board voted unanimously to put the building up for sale because they don’t need the property anymore. The building was built in 1958 and closed to students in 2011.
