The Rathskeller Pub in Binghamton is again in the news for the wrong reason. Early Saturday morning a Binghamton University student, working as a bouncer at the Rathskeller, was stabbed by current BU student Steven Mangra. The victim suffered non-life threatening wounds to the abdomen. According to BU, he was treated and released. There is no information on the cause of the stabbing. Mangra was arrested Saturday afternoon and has been charged with Assault. The University issued a statement reminding students to be aware of their surroundings and provided tips on personal safety.
