The jury in the murder trial of Andre Lee will continue deliberations today. Closing arguments for the case were heard in Broome County Court yesterday. Andre Lee is accused of shooting and killing 19-year-old Scott Wright Junior on July 4th of 2014. The incident took place at the Town and Country Apartments in Binghamton. Lee’s defense attorney is asking for a lesser charge, saying that Lee was under the influence at the time of the shooting. Prosecutor Chris Grace denies that claim, saying that Lee was sober at the time. Jury deliberations continue today.
