The Broome County District Attorney’s Office will now be investigating all drug overdose deaths as homicide. That is what was written in a letter to the Broome County Coroner’s office as the DA requested all records of drug related deaths from 2014 through present. This comes as part of the Broome County DA’s continued fight on illegal drug use.
