Johnson City Police have made an arrest in connection to the burglary of a business. 33-year-old Mark Ingraham of Fenton was arrested after police linked him to forensic evidence at the crime scene. The burglary is said to have occurred back on October 14th at a business on Main Street. Ingraham is said to have entered the business through a rear door, and ransacked he place. Ingraham has since been arraigned and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
