The Town of Union man who plead guilty to strangling his girlfriend back in 2014 was back in Broome County Court for sentencing yesterday. 35-year-old Michael Fiocco was sentenced by a Broome County judge to 20 years in prison. He was originally facing up to 25 years in prison before a plea deal was made with county prosecutors. Fiocco has since been sent back to the Broome County Jail awaiting transportation to a state facility.
