The New York State Department of Transportation has announced that the eastbound on and off ramps at Exit 65 on Interstate 86 in the Town of Owego will be closed for two weeks starting on Friday.
The exit ramps will be closed from July 10 through July 24 for ramp replacement work to bring them up to federal interstate standards.
Motorists should follow signed detours and utilize the I-86 Exit 64 eastbound on and off ramps.
