Cal Harris’ defense team will continue making its case when the eleventh week of testimony begins Monday morning in Schoharie County Court. The jury heard yesterday from Kevin Tubbs and Julie Brinkman, who both completed their testimony. Tubbs claims he saw Michele Harris the day after prosecutors allege she was killed. Julie Brinkman, Stewart’s ex-girlfriend, took the stand as well. She testified she met Stewart in August 2014, while the two were working in the same prison facility.
