Jeff Gural held a press conference at Tioga downs yesterday, after finding out this week that he was the only one to apply for the casino license in the Southern Tier. Gural’s plans include a hotel, 2 restaurants, an affiliation with Tioga Country Club, and more. Gural expects to hear from the casino board around Labor Day and hopes to have the license by January.
