A ceremonial groundbreaking is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at 600 Main Street in the Town of Union. The Agency says the project will raise about 16 acres of the 27-acre property above the floodplain and create a build-ready development pad. Officials say the work is intended to make the long-vacant site more attractive for future investment.
