A pretrial hearing was held yesterday in the murder of 11-year-old Jacelyn O’Connor last August in Norwich. It was revealed in the hearing that Suspect James Brower asked State Police to just kill him, as he was being taken to jail. The second suspect, Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding is alleged to have said it was wrong what I did. The suspects attorneys had no comment following the hearing.
