A 54-year-old Athens man is facing charges after he allegedly assaulted a woman and a minor.
According to Athens Township Police, Patrick J. Mizener was charged with two counts each of simple assault and harassment following the alleged domestic dispute.
Mizener is accused of pushing the minor through a closed door by the throat and pushing the female victim on Tuesday evening.
The minor and the female victim both fought back against Mizener during the incident.
Mizener was arraigned and released on $50,000 bail.
