A Chenango County house fire has taken the lives of a woman and two children early Monday morning. 33-year-old Debbie Pfeiffer, 10-year-old Amber Morrow, and 1-year-old Benjamin Pfeiffer died in the fire on German Hollow Road in Plymouth. The cause of the fire is under investigation. A Plymouth Fire Department tanker truck overturned while on the way to the fire. Two minor injuries were reported. Icy conditions contributed to the crash.
