A Wyalusing Township teen facing multiple charges of homicide by vehicle will now head Bradford County’s Court of Common Pleas after a hearing yesterday. 19-year-old Troy Stone has received a total of five charges, following a car accident last August. Stone is said to have attempted to pass a vehicle on Route 706 in Wyalusing Township going about 89 MPH, when he collided with an oncoming vehicle, and then struck a tree. 18-year-old Colin Flynn of Towanda, and 18-year-old Brendan Hall of Wyalusing were both passengers in Stone’s vehicle when they died as a result of the accident. Stone has admitted to consuming alcohol prior to the accident. Stone will head to the Court of Common Pleas on February 29th.
