There will be a traffic pattern change today and tomorrow on the Owego-Apalachin School District campus as repaving continues on Sheldon Guile Boulevard. Drivers will be routed left around the soccer island to the high school, the opposite direction than traffic usually flows. Signage and flag personnel will be around the campus directing traffic. Crews are installing new drainage basins in the area in front of the district office building.
