An Endwell man is facing charges of arson after he was arrested last week. 21-year-old Dustin Mangino was arrested following a joint investigation by the New York State Police and the Broome County Fire Investigation Unit. Back on January 31st, State Police and the Endwell Fire Department responded to a working house fire around 9 o’clock at night at 2705 Yale Street. After a warrant was executed at the residence by members of the State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, over two pounds of marijuana was seized. Mangino now faces a class D felony for criminal possession of marijuana in the second degree and a class E felony for arson in the fourth degree. He was arraigned in the Town of Union Court.
