The Mayor-elect of Canton Borough is facing several charges for allegedly trespassing on his neighbor’s property.
According to police, 53-year-old Shawn M. Packard has been charged with criminal trespass, invasion of privacy, harassment and disorderly conduct.
Packard is accused of trespassing on his neighbor’s property on several occasions for almost a year.
Police said Packard not only entered the property on foot, but also flew his drone on and around the property on several occasions.
Packard is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on Friday, Jan. 2.
