The driver of the No. 97 Trackhouse Racing car charged from 24th to the lead in just 16 laps and led the final eight laps to capture the win.
Michael McDowell finished second with Ty Gibbs third in the NASCAR Cup Series race on Sunday.
On Saturday, Connor Zilisch won the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race at Watkins Glen.
Kaden Honneycutt won both the Arca Menard Series race and Crafstman Truck Series event on Friday.
NASCAR will return to Watkins Glen International in September of 2027.
