A Wyalusing man will spend years in state prison for possessing child sex abuse materials.
According to the Bradford County District Attorney’s Office, Calvin Richard Shaffer was sentenced to a minimum of 10 years to a maximum of 30 years in state prison for the crimes.
Shaffer was arrested following an investigation into illegal internet activity.
The district attorney said illegal digital files involving children were found on Shaffer’s cell phone.
Shaffer will also have to register as a sex offender following his release.
