Closing arguments were made in the trial for a Binghamton man charged with murder in the second degree. 22-year-old Isaiah Criss is on trial in Broome County Court after he is accused of shooting and killing Jeremiah Reynolds at the Rock B Tavern in Binghamton back in September of 2012. The witnesses throughout the trial have had inconsistencies with their stories, and at least one witness has blamed the inconsistency on pressure in the police interrogation room. Some witnesses have even been threatened outside the court room, resulting in one being placed in witness protection and relocated.
