The Binghamton Youth Bureau is getting financial help from City Council. Council members approved giving $10,000 to the youth bureau for programming. The goal of the Binghamton Youth Bureau is to offer positive opportunities for local children and teens in the area. The money is expected to be focused on programming for children ages 10 to 15.
