The Broome County Legislature passed a resolution to show their support for Traditions at the Glen’s bid for a full casino license. Early last week, a committee of legislature members voted unanimously in favor of a casino at Traditions, and on Friday, the legislature, Binghamton Chamber of Commerce, and the Broome County Fire Police Association all endorsed the project. New York State’s Gaming Commission is expected to start officially accepting proposals from interested groups in March, with bids expected to be due in June.
