Lourdes Hospital is welcoming two new members to their board of directors. The first is Robert Fisher of Owego. Fisher is currently the President and CEO of Tioga State Bank, has served in the United States Air Force, and has also served on several different state and community board of directors. Brian Rose of Endwell also joined the Lourde’s Hospital Board of Directors. Rose is Vice President for Student Affairs at Binghamton University, and has experience in planning, development, capital project management, and program development. Both men will be joining a board of 16 members. Terms are three years, with a maximum of three terms possible.
