A community garden will be coming to a Binghamton Park. The State Street/Phelps Park will be opening a new garden, and any community members interested in renting a bed at the garden will able to do so. The garden is a partnership between the park’s committee and Eat Well, Play Hard, Binghamton!, a project from the Healthy Lifestyles Coalition. It will be funded by the Binghamton Rotary Club.
