The BCC Foundation held their annual Presidential Honors Scholarship Program reception yesterday evening. The Presidential Honors Scholarship covers full-tuition at SUNY Broome and is given to exceptional high school students from around our area. about 70 high school seniors from four counties applied, but only 16 received the award. The funding is made possible by several local foundations, businesses, and anonymous donors.
