A man was critically injured after being hit by a train in Broome County. State Police say 21-year-old Travis Cliburn, was walking along the Norfolk-Southern Tracks in the Town of Union. A train heading to Buffalo hit him around 11:15 p.m. Saturday. Cliburn was airlifted to a Syracuse hospital, where he is in critical condition. State Police continue to investigate the incident.
