A Johnson City man was charged with felony criminal contempt. Johnson City Police arrested 36-year-old Kevin Andrews of Johnson City and charged him with felony criminal contempt in the first degree after he was involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend. The arrest also comes after Andrews violated an order of protection out of Johnson City Village Court. He was arraigned and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
