Multiple arrests for grand larceny have been made by Johnson City Police. 62-year-old Deborah Woodruff of Binghamton was charged with grand larceny in the 4th degree, a felony, after she allegedly stole a purse from St. James School. In a separate incident, JCPD arrested 28-year-old Joshua Olivera of Binghamton for felony grand larceny in the 3rd degree, along with a misdemeanor count of petit larceny. Olivera is accused of stealing over $3,000 worth of computers from the Walmart in Johnson City, along with $590 of property from the Sears at the Oakdale Mall. Olivera was sent to the Broome County Jail.
