Residents in the Johnson City School District can head to the ballots today to vote on a $17.8 million capital project. The project is titled Vision 2015, and comes at no cost to taxpayers. Included in the project plans are renovations to the high school building, including a new science wing, updates to the physical education rooms and gym, and renovations such as repaving and sidewalk repairs. Polls are open today from noon to eight o’clock.
