A Bradford County teenager was arrested after he admitted to stealing a vehicle from outside a convenience store in Wysox. The car theft took place at the Dandy Mini Mart on Golden Mile Road on Monday night according to Pennsylvania State Police. 18-year-old Joshua Parsons reportedly entered a 2002 Dodge Neon and drove from the scene. The car was later found, crashed, on North Keystone Road in South Waverly, where Sayre Police found Parsons still in the vehicle. He was taken into custody and sent to the Bradford County jail on $25,000 bail.
