Tioga Downs in Nichols will be presenting checks today to local nonprofits. The Downs will be making donations to the Southern Tier Veterans Support Group, The Food Bank of the Southern Tier, the Tioga County Senior Citizen Foundation, and the Goodwill Theatre. Tioga Downs owner Jeff Gural will also be given an award by the American Red Cross for Tioga Downs’ contributions following Hurricane Sandy.
