Tioga County will continue the celebration of the 100th Anniversary of Women’s Suffrage with a historic marker ceremony next week in Owego at the former home of Elizabeth Browne Chatfield. The private secretary to Susan B. Anthony lived at 18 Front Street and once hosted Anthony for an overnight visit in 1894. The marker will be unveiled at 11am next Friday and the public is invited to attend.
