The driver involved in a hit and run accident in the Village of Owego on Sunday has come forward. The driver is said to have caused thousands of dollars of damage at the intersection of Front Street and the Court Street Bridge in Owego, after striking multiple cars, and taking out two utility poles. Police have not yet released any identifying information on the individual who stepped forward.
