Part of Main St closed in Owego Tuesday

Part of Main Street in Owego is closed Tuesday. The portion of the street between North Avenue and Church Street is closed for work related to the project on Lake Street. The small stretch of Main Street will reopen tonight, but close again tomorrow morning until work is complete.
