One year ago today the Owego Fire Department and the community lost Captain Matthew Porcari at a fire in Newark Valley. To honor Matt, there will be a memorial this evening at the Fireman Fountain in the Court House Square in the Village of Owego. The memorial will start at 8 o’clock.
