The Southern Tier Broadcasters Association added 11 new faces to their Hall of Fame on Saturday. The honorees were invited to a ceremony at the Bundy Museum on Main Street in Binghamton. The museum hosts the Southern Tier Broadcasters Hall of Fame, where the new inductees pictures have been placed amidst a vintage era radio studio. Among the honorees were Frank Penny and Warren Haas. Penny and Hass were owners of WEBO radio together throughout the 70’s and 80’s. They were very appreciative of the distinct honor. Haas continues to live locally in the Campville-Endicott area, while Frank and his wife Grace are now based in Tampa, but spend a lot of time traveling, visiting family.
