The Chair of the Tioga County Legislature, Martha Sauerbrey, will be giving her State of the County Address tonight. The address is being given at 6pm tonight at the Hubbard Auditorium in the Tioga County Office Building on Main Street in Owego. WEBO’s Bill Moyer will bring you coverage of the address tomorrow.
