Tioga County’s Department of Public Works is holding a public informational meeting on the proposed Halsey Valley Road Elevation Project. The project would seek to realign and elevate Halsey Valley Road from the intersection of NYS Route 17c to the intersection of Allyn Road. in the Town of Tioga. The public meeting is scheduled for March 4th from 6-8pm at the Tioga Middle School Auditorium on 5th Avenue in the Town of Tioga. A formal presentation of the plans will not be presented at this meeting, however, public questions and concerns will be addressed.
