Tioga Opportunities has announced a new Director of the Department of Community Services. Effective last week, Jeremy Rutter was named the department’s new director. Rutter will be in charge of operating and scheduling the Countryside Community Center. He will also be coordinating activities of their partner emergency food panties and soup kitchens, and implementing and supervising their Group Work Camps, among other duties. Prior to coming to Tioga Opportunities, Jeremy was the Director of Admissions and Marketing at Bridgewater Center for Rehab and Nursing, where he was responsible for the total census of the 365 bed skilled nursing facility.
