A plea hearing of former Penn State wide receiver Julian Fleming was continued on Monday.

The delay came following a request by Fleming’s attorney.

Fleming was charged with felony counts of vehicular homicide while driving under the influence, homicide by vehicle, aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence and other related charges following an ATV crash in Bradford County on May 23, 2025.

The crash caused the death of Fleming’s girlfriend, 23-year-old Alyssa Boyd of Bloomsburg.

Fleming was driving the ATV with Boyd as his passenger when a deer jumped out in front of the vehicle.

The plea hearing is now scheduled for April 30th.
