A Litchfield man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend and two-year-old son on several occasions.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 44-year-old James Lee Nero has been charged with three counts of simple assault and single counts of terroristic threats, harassment, flight to avoid apprehension and resisting arrest.
Nero is accused of assaulting the victims on three occasions at their Litchfield residence between September and March.
The suspect was arraigned and remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $100,000 bail.
