The Pennsylvania State Police has identified the victim in Saturday’s fatal crash in Wysox.
According to police, 31-year-old Wysox resident Andrew Wickwire was pronounced dead at the scene of the three-vehicle crash on Route 6 near Coolbaugh Road.
The accident occurred at around 4:20 a.m. on Saturday.
Police said Wickwire’s truck was about to round a curve headed east on Route 6 when it crossed into the westbound lane and collided with a tractor trailer.
Following the initial crash, another car struck both vehicles.
The driver of the tractor trailer and other vehicle were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
