Elmira City Manager Michael Collins has announced he will retire next month.
According to a press release from the city, Collins will retire on Friday, June 12th.
Collins has served as Elmira’s City Manager for the past 12 years.
Elmira City Chamberlain Charmaine Cattan will serve as interim city manager beginning June 13th through the remainder of Collins’ term on Dec. 31, 2027.
