The Waverly Planning Board has set a public hearing on a proposed cannabis dispensary.
The Puff Plaza is looking to open at 608 Cayuta Ave., which is right across from Soprano’s Italian Market.
According to the Morning Times, the planning board has expressed concerns about parking and traffic.
The business is expected to be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.
The Waverly Planning Board will hear from the community at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 4 at the village hall.
