SAYRE, Pa. — The Winding River Players will bring the musical Godspell to the stage this weekend at the Sayre High School auditorium.
Performances are scheduled for July 10, 11, and 12 at 7 p.m. at the auditorium, located at 331 W. Lockhart Street.
The production is the theater group’s annual summer musical and features an adult cast made up of performers from throughout the Sayre area, including both experienced actors and newcomers to the stage.
Godspell features music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz, the award-winning composer behind Pippin and Wicked.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students and may be purchased online or at the door.
